The encoder fixed onto the motor detects the rotation by the two photo interrupters.
While the pulses of P52 detect the rotation angle, the pulses of P51 which is dephased with P52
by 90 degrees detect the rotation direction.
When five pulses of P52 are input, 1 dot is printed.
