Overview
• This document describes how to use the output terminal, address board, and input
terminal that are applicable to 15 kW and 20 kW chargers.
• The address board needs to be soldered to the output terminal and connected to the
output terminal of the charger.
• The input terminal is connected to the input terminal of the charger, as shown in the
following figure.

Model: CZ36E-20Z (not used with an address board)
Model: CZ36E-20Z-02 (used with an address board)
NOTICE
• DC output +, DC output –, hardware address line,
charger in-position detection, and control ground signals
are hazardous voltages so basic insulation is designed
between these signals and the enclosure.
• The CAN signal line is a safety extra-low voltage (SELV).
Functional insulation is designed between this signal
and the enclosure; enhanced insulation is designed
between this signal and hazardous voltages.
