Press
→ [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Fax Settings] → [Remote Fax TX Settings] .
To specify the remote fax server address:
Press [Remote Fax Server Address].
Enter the host name or the IP address → press [OK].
A host name is a name assigned to a host computer that provides services on the network. Enter the name for Remote Fax Server.
To specify the TX Timeout settings:
Press [TX Timeout].
Specify the TX timeout time by pressing [-] or [+] → press [OK].
To select the number of lines to use for sending:
Press [No. of Sending Lines].
Set the telephone line number to use for sending.
To select the priority line:
Press [Select Priority Line].
Select [Auto] or the line to use as a priority.

Remote Fax RX Settings

You can specify the settings for receiving remote faxes from the client-side. To receive remote faxes, it is necessary to specify
the settings to receive forwarded documents from the server machine as an I-fax. For information on I-fax settings, see
"Sending E-Mail/I-Faxes, " on p. 2-7.
