This will eliminatereachinginto the hot oven. To remove a shelf from the oven,pull the shelf towardyou,tilt the frontend upwardand pull the shelfout. Youroventemperatureis controlledvery accurately usingan ovencontrolsystem.It is recommendedthat you operatethe oven for a numberof weeksto becomefamiliarwith yournew oven’sperformance. Howto Set the Ovenfor Baking Ovens ControlledwithTouchPads Toavoidpossibleburns,placeshelvesin the correct positionbeforeyou turn the ovenon. 1. Press the BAKEpad. 2.
