IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

A)
When products are used in outdoor applications, connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI)
outlet. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.
B)
This seasonal use product is not intended for permanent installation or use.
C)
Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles or other similar sources of heat.
Do not connect the power adapter when the product is in the packaging.
D)
Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails.
E)
Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
F)
Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night, or if left unattended.
G)
This is an electric product-not a toy! To avoid risk of fire, burns, personal injury and electric shock it should not be
played with or placed where small children can reach it.
H)
Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
I)
Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or light string.
J)
Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
K)
Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.
L)
Do not install or use within 10 feet of a pool.
M)
Do not use in a bathroom.
N)
Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.
WARNING:
A)
This is not a toy, keep away from children.
B)
If the supply cord or wires are damaged, the product should be discarded.
C)
Risk of Electric Shock. When used outdoors, install only to a covered class A GFCI protected receptacle that is
weatherproof with the power unit connected to the receptacle. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician
for proper installation. Ensure that the power unit and cord do not interfere with completely closing the receptacle
cover.
D)
Risk of Fire. Installation involves special wiring methods to run wiring through a building structure.
Consult a qualified electrician.
E)
When used outdoors, install only to a Class A GFCI protected receptacle where the transformer is protected from
water or rain while plugged in (completely covered by the outlet box while plugged in). Do not use where only part of
the transformer is protected from rain or water (outlet boxes where there is only a partial cover shall not be used for
outdoor installations). This power unit is intended to be correctly orientated in a vertical or floor mount position.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The tree does not light when plugged in.
Solution: Check to ensure all light string connections are secured.

A. General Information
1. Protective device: Built in fuse: The transformer has a built in fuse which automatically cuts power to the transformer if it short
circuits due to unstable input power, overloaded output, and other reasons. This fuse is a one shot device and cannot be reset,
please replace transformer.
NOTE: Use only this class 2 power supply, model: GP-SW050DC5000-IP44(US), manufactured by NINGBO GOLDEN POWER
ELECTRONIC CO, LTD. That was provided with this product. Do not use this adapter with any other product.
NOTE: LEDs in this set are non-replaceable. Tampering with this set will void the warranty.
B. Installation
1. This product can be installed in either indoor or outdoor locations, but avoid splashing water from falling onto, or reaching the
transformer.
2. General information -
2.1 Damage may occur to this product if used in extreme temperatures.
2.2 Do not change the wiring on the end product.
2.3 Please use correct voltage for your product by checking the nameplate information on the transformer.
3. After finishing the installation, please plug into a 120V AC/60Hz electrical outlet.
CAUTION:
This lighting string is rated 132 Watts (1.1Amps), do not overload.

Use and care instructions
A)
Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords; cracks in
the lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
B)
When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including tree, branches or bushes, to avoid any undue
strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
C)
When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
D)
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not attempt to replace lamp or modity string.

(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
