When installing: Before you install the thermal module, apply 0.2-gram thermal grease on part
a
as shown
in the following illustration. Either too much or too less application of grease can cause a thermal problem
due to imperfect contact with a component.

For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "1010 Back cover assembly " on page 51
• "1020 Built-in battery" on page 52

Attention: The microprocessor
soldered on the system board are extremely sensitive. When you service
the system board, avoid any kind of rough handling.
