Using the i.LINK™ CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
You can use the external i.LINK™ drive to listen to audio CDs, use the recovery CDs, play DVDs or write your
own CDs.
Setting up the drive
The i.LINK™ drive is delivered with the following components:

CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive

VAIO peripheral cable

Vertical installation base. Place the drive carefully in the stand with the drive tray
facing towards you.

Manual eject pin (stored on the bottom of the drive)

Cable clip. Use the clip to tidy the cable if you do not need its full extension.
