Option 2: Connect to TV through standard HDMI Best quality video If your TV is not HDMI ARC compliant, connect your home theater to the TV through a standard HDMI connection. Using a High Speed HDMI cable, connect the HDMI OUT (ARC) connector on your home theater to the HDMI connector on the TV.
Set up EasyLink (HDMI-CEC control) This home theater supports Philips EasyLink, which uses the HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) protocol. EasyLink-compliant devices that are connected through HDMI can be controlled by a single remote control.

EasyLink does not work. • Make sure that the home theater is connected to a Philips brand EasyLink TV, and the EasyLink option is turned on (see 'Set up EasyLink (HDMI-CEC control)' on page 9 ) . When you switch on the TV, the home theater automatically switches on.
