  • Page 3 SAFETY PRECAUTION CAUTIONS RELATED TO NEW REFRIGERANT Cautions for units utilizing refrigerant R32/R410A WARNING 2-1. Warning for service 1. In case of reconnecting the refrigerant pipes after detaching, make the flared part of pipe re-fabricated. 2. This unit should be installed in rooms which exceed the floor space specified in outdoor unit installation manual. Refer to outdoor unit installation manual.

At all times the manufacturer’s maintenance and service guidelines shall be followed. If in doubt, consult the manufacturer’s technical department for assistance.

AUTO RESTART FUNCTION When the indoor unit is controlled with the remote controller, the operation mode, the set temperature, and the fan speed are memorized by the indoor electronic control P.C. board. “AUTO RESTART FUNCTION” automatically starts operation in the same mode just before the shutoff of the main power.

  • Page 21 10-6. AUTO VANE OPERATION 1. Horizontal vane (Horizontal vane/Multi-flow vane) (1) Vane motor drive These models are equipped with a stepping motors for the horizontal vanes. The rotating direction, speed, and angle of the motor are controlled by pulse signals (approximately 12 V) transmitted from indoor microprocessor.
