    Basic Playback Press POWER on the front panel to turn on the DVD player. Insert the chosen disc in the tray, with the label facing up. Disc playback starts automatically or press PLAY to start playback depending on the disc menu on the TV screen.

    Operation Repeat Repeat chapter/title/disc To repeat the current chapter, press REPEAT. To repeat the current title, press REPEAT a second time. To exit Repeat mode, press REPEAT a third time. Repeat track/disc To repeat the current track, press REPEAT. To repeat the entire disc, press REPEAT a second time.

    Disc Menu Press DISC MENU key to display the chapters available on the DVD disc. Use the 1 2 3 4 keys to move to the required title and OK to confirm. You can also enter the numerical key pad to play the selected chapter.

    Cleaning the disc lens ¶ After prolonged use, dirt or dust may accumulate at the disc lens. To ensure good playback quality, clean the disc lens with Philips CD Lens Cleaner or any commercially available cleaner. Follow the instructions supplied with the cleaner.
