If a Wireless Sensor Does Not Test When possible, locate wireless sensors within 100 feet of the panel. While a transmitter may have a range of 500 feet or more out in the open, the environment at the installation site can have a significant effect on transmitter range. -

Appendix A: Troubleshooting Feature Problem Action/Solution Panel Power Panel does not power up and does not display or respond. Check that panel is plugged into an unswitched outlet. Check the AC circuit breaker to be sure the circuit is live. Check that the backup battery is installed correctly and the AC power transformer is plugged in. - Page 35 Feature Problem Action/Solution Check your records to see if you have the customer’s access code(s) on file. Verify the access code(s) using the Downloader. Use Apartment Manager code to enter user program mode and view the primary and user codes. Clear memory and reprogram the panel locally.
